## Get Help

If you’re facing a specific issue such as an error message or unexpected behavior, post to [Troubleshooting](https://forum.guild.ai/c/troubleshooting).

If you have a general question or comment, post to [General](https://forum.guild.ai/c/general/).

## Report a Bug

If you see a Python traceback (exception stack) that does not original from your code, chances are you’re seeing a bug in Guild. Take a moment to search (e.g. Google) to see if it’s already reported. If not, please [open an issue on GitHub](https://github.com/guildai/guildai/issues).

Otherwise, [post your issue in Troubleshooting](https://forum.guild.ai/c/troubleshooting) to get help.

## Request an Enhancement to Guild AI

If you think Guild is missing a feature, [open an issue on GitHub](https://github.com/guildai/guildai/issues). Before opening an issue, consider posting a question or presenting your idea on [General](https://forum.guild.ai/c/general/). You may learn that Guild already supports your use case.

If you have a specific idea for how Guild should be changed and would like to formally propose one or more approaches, post to the [RFC (Request for Comment)](https://forum.guild.ai/c/rfc/) category.
